Cult Gym, one of India’s premier fitness chains, faced a critical operational challenge the intense impact and sound generated during heavy deadlifts and Olympic lifts in their dedicated lifting arena were causing significant structural vibrations and noise disturbance across the facility. The Challenge

The deadlift arena at Cult Gym was generating noise levels between 70–80 dB during peak training hours comparable to the sound level inside a busy restaurant or a running vacuum cleaner experienced in adjacent zones of the facility. Beyond the auditory discomfort, the floor was transmitting significant vibration energy into the building structure, raising concerns about long-ter structural integrity and member experience.

Heavy-Duty Springs

Observed Results
